Info info info and what u need to do - thanks

any info with regard to competitions or other things that I put on the blog - this info can be found outside my office door in the gym block (white drawers) - in most cases I have only one copy of this so please have a look if it is of interest to you and read a bit more about it (please leave back after u have read it for others)  - if it is still of interest to you at this stage please see me for more details and we will then discuss this further - many thanks
