Evaluations - must be completed!!! / Money due in / IRELAND GAME - MONEY

Please complete the first set of evaluations (for sept/oct) in your diary over the mid term - these have to be completed with your parents / guardians and they must also be signed by your parents / guardians and yourself - this will only take a number of minutes BUT PLEASE BE HONEST AND PLEASE GIVE YOUR HONEST OPINIONS AS THESE EVLAUATIONS HELP ME TO IMPROVE THE PROGRAMME - everyone has to complete these - I am always trying to improve the programme so please help me out on this

Please note that the money for Carlingford - is due in on Nov 13th - as I am collecting money for a load of other things please just keep it to that date - basically I do not want to see it before then - but it must be in on that date - if there are any issues with money - as always see me and we can sort something out

Please ALSO NOTE THAT THE IRELAND GAME IS ON THE 18TH NOVEMBER AND I WILL HAVE TO COLLECT MONEY FOR THAT THE FIRST WEEK BACK AFTER MID TERM - THIS WILL COST U 15 EURO EACH - U HAVE BEEN WARNED - 15 EURO IS A GOOD DEAL I THINK
